The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum has embarked on a major fundraising campaign by producing their own aircraft diecast line. The first release in the "1/72 scale Canadian Heritage Series" will be the legendary Avro CF-105 Arrow. The Arrow is a brand new tooling and will be of similar quality to diecast made by Hobby Master and Century Wings.
This high quality diecast replica comes factory painted with all markings pad applied for superb results. An option to displaythe aircraft with wheels up or down is provided, along with a display stand. Length 13 7/8". Wing span 8 3/8". The first release (SKU# CWH001) will be painted in the markings of aircraft 25203 (with the day-glo markings). Limited edition run of only 3000 pieces. Available in January 2010. Photos of the final painted pre-production sample will be posted later in October.
